A Silo Holding for storing rice arpa and rice seeds, Bulgaria

The project comprises
eight sub-objects developed on the basis of an architectural and technological
design.

The Truck Unloading area has a mixed construction
type.  Up to an elevation of ±0.00 m, it
is solved with a monolithic reinforced concrete structure, and then it is
covered with a steel canopy.

The steel bunker has plan dimensions of 4.0/8.0 m and
a height of ~2.2 m. Its body has a height of 0.6 m and the prismatic bottom is
below 45° and a height of 1.5 m. The pages ?????? in the transverse section
they are vertical. The metal sheet used for the hopper for all surfaces is 6 mm
thick.

The construction of the cleaning and
elevator tower is of mixed type.  Up to
an elevation of -0.50/+7.00 m, it was build with a monolithic reinforced
concrete structure, and next step is a metal shelf/ elevated step ?!?!?! (k.
-0.50) and a metal shelf for servicing the bunker mounted on the roof of the
building (k.  +7.00).  At elevation: +3.00, a seed cleaning machine
is installed.

The foundation for a silo with a diameter of 12.23m is
to be build as ring-shaped with a section of 80/175cm, the step of the ring is
360cm wide and 60cm high. The lower edge of the foundation is at an elevation
of -3.0m, under the foundation is a gravel-ballast pad with a thickness of
80cm. In the central part is implemented a reinforced concrete slab with a
thickness of 20 cm.

The foundation for a silo with a
diameter of 6.32m is designed as a foundation slab with a height of 100cm and a
diameter of 800cm.  A ring-shaped
reinforced concrete beam rests on the foundation slab in which the steps of the
silo columns are anchored. The lower edge of the foundation is at an elevation
of -2.0m, under the foundation is a gravel-ballast pad with a thickness of 80cm.  In the central part is implemented a
reinforced concrete slab with a thickness of 20 cm.

The construction of the dryer is to be
build with steel full-wall frames, which sits articulately on monolithic
foundations and have a rigid joint between the column and the beam.
